Nardini Tutto Bene

The Nardini Tutto Bene is an after-dinner, sweet cocktail. To craft this delight use 17.5ml Nardini Grappa Bianca, 17.5ml Martini Reserve Ambratro, 5ml Lime Juice, 15ml Sugar Syrup, 35ml fresh Grapefruit Juice and a marinated Cherry. Shake all the ingredients and double-strain into an old-fashioned glass over crushed ice. Top the glass with more crushed ice and add a marinated cherry so that its juice trickles through the ice. To marinate the cherries, steep in Nardini Grappa, Maraschino and Nardini Mandorla.
