An after-dinner bitter using Nardini Grappa Bianca and Rosso: 15ml Nardini Grappa Bianca, 25ml Nardini Rosso, 100ml Sangria, a fresh Mint sprig and Raspberry. Shake the ingredients then pour over ice into a Collins glass (or similar), garnish with a mint sprig and fresh raspberry.
