Vibrant, sophisticated and perfect for Valentine’s Day menus, the Jindea Clover Club is mixed using 30ml Jindea Single Estate Tea Gin, 10ml Martini Blanco, 10ml Chambord Liqueur, 20ml Lemon Juice, 20ml Sugar Syrup and 15ml Egg White. Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass, shake and fine strain into a Compete glass, garnish with Raspberry Powder.
