Nardini Toute Le Rest
Created by Matteo ‘Zed’ Zamberlan, who in 2018 opened the first Amaro Bar in Rome: ‘Il Marchese’. To create his ‘Toute le Rest’ Nardini cocktail, take 22.5ml Nardini Mezzoemezzo, 52.5ml Mezcal, 10ml Demerara Sugar Syrup, 2 drops of Grapefruit Bitters, 2 drops of Angostura Bitters and 4 drops of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. Stir all the ingredients vigorously and then strain into an old-fashioned glass or coupette, containing a single ice chunk. Garnish with a wheel of dried grapefruit.
