Nardini The Old Bridge

The Old Bridge is an Italian gem from the oldest distillery in Italy, Nardini. Created using 30ml Nardini Grappa Riserva, 30ml Nardini Grappa Riserva infused with cardamom leaves, 10ml Galliano Aperitivo, 15ml Martini Riserve Speciale Rubino and long pepper reduction and 10ml Black Cardamom Syrup. Shake all the ingredients with ice and serve in a rock glass, ideally over a single large ice cube. Garnish with a ribbon of cucumber skit, spritz with Elicrisio Essence.
