Absinthe Month - A New Concept Revealed!
Introducing Fluo 26 Absente, a new concept, pushing the limits of imagination and fantasies around the Absinthe world. Fluo 26 Absente is a low alcohol liqueur in the absinthe family.
The Green Fairy has never been so aptly named than today with Fluo 26. It’s green colour is enforced and illuminated in the dark by the effect of natural B2 vitamins. The liquid will glow fluorescent under dark light!
The recipe of Fluo 26 Absente is delicately sweet and herbaceous. It brings a freshness to the glass with a nice hint of bitterness on the complex finish.
Despite its 26% abv, Fluo 26 Absente remains an absinthe, composed by an infusion and distillation of wormwood, murgwot and other natural botanicals that makes this craft liquid unique. The herbs, spices and slight bitterness remain the characteristics of this Absinthe, opening access to delicate palates and new consumers.

Absinthe, nicknamed the "green fairy" and banned in 1915, was re-authorised in 1988. It is only in 2011 that its thujone level (a molecule present in the plant which, in high doses, was supposed to make you crazy) is fixed at a maximum of 35 mg/kg. Very appreciated for its absinthe taste and its green reflections, this alcohol has seduced many artists such as Van Gogh, Baudelaire, Toulouse-Lautrec, Picasso, Oscar Wilde... The famous tasting ritual is still practised according to tradition, by pouring water on the absinthe, through a perforated spoon supporting a sugar.
