Rackhouse Punch

The ‘Rackhouse Punch’ is a Tennessee Straight Whiskey cocktail from Daddy Rack. To craft this Whiskey punch simply use 60ml Daddy Rack Tennessee Straight Whiskey, 30ml Peach Liqueur, 30ml Cold-Brewed English Tea, 15ml Lemon Juice and 60ml Soda Water. Fill a shaker with ice cubes, add all the ingredients (except the soda water), shake and strain into a Highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top with soda water and garnish with a fresh slice of lemon.
