Jindea Tea Gin & Tonic

A sophisticated and premium gin and tonic using Jindea Single Estate Darjeeling Tea Gin. To mix this tea gin and tonic, gently press 1 Raspberry into a glass to release the flavour, add 1 dash of Angostura Bitters followed by 50ml Jindea Single Estate Tea Gin. Fill the glass with ice and top with Fever-Tree Classic Tonic Water (or another premium Tonic Water), garnish with a Bay Leaf.
