The story of Mayfield Sussex Hop Gin starts on a single farm in East Sussex, where columns of hops rise to the sky, they harvest those hops, dry them in their Oast House and distil them in a 150-year-old copper still. The twist: They then distil and infuse it with 7 natural botanicals. The recipe is crafted with 8 botanicals: Juniper, Sussex Hop, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Coriander Seeds, Angelica, Orris and Liquorice. Created by Master Maker & Blender J. Arthur Rackham.

An enticing, zesty nose leads the way. On the palate there is more of the same, with a pure pine-and-spice juniper heart. The hops provide a floral note with a delicious subtle sweet bitterness and an elegant finish.
