Père Magloire calvados Speyside Cask Finish Exclusive
The Père Magloire Speyside Cask Finish Royal Mile Whiskies exclusive is a world’s first, the VSOP Calvados further matured for 10 months in an ex-Speyside Scotch whisky cask. Selected from three samples by attendees at a virtual tasting in November 2020, this cask achieved 50% of the vote. It is blended of pot distilled Calvados aged for at least four years and then matured in a single ex-Speyside whisky cask for 10 months.
Imparting layers of vanilla, rounded fruits and raisins, this Eau-De-Vie De Cidre (the whisky cask means it cannot be classed as Calvados) is a fantastic new dimension to the traditional French spirit. A meeting of two ancient, noble crafts, this limited edition is exclusive to Royal Mile Whiskies & Drinkmonger with only 255 bottles produced.
