Gold Medal Award Winners from IWSC & ISC
Jindea Single Estate Tea Gin earned themselves a Gold Medal at the IWSC, celebrating their win by offering up a refreshing pairing of Jindea and Double Dutch Indian Tonic to guests of the Worshipful Company of Distillers at the IWSC results tasting at Vintners Hall in London. Made from single estate First Flush Darjeeling Tea, the springtime harvest which produces a delicate and floral Himalayan black tea has fast become a must-stock across the UK.
Distilleries et Domaines de Provence are celebrating for the third time in recent years as the IWSC also awarded a Gold Medal to Pastis Henri Bardouin. This original, noble and authentic drink has proven once again that the region of Provence is the go-to for authentic French aperitifs.
The Bassano region of Italy is also celebrating as the IWSC presented Nardini Amaro with a Gold Medal. With the focus on low-abv serves across the UK becoming more prevailent, it’s perfect timing for Italy’s oldest Grappa house to earn themselves another Gold Medal as bartenders turn their attention to authentic flavours.
It’s a double header for Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cassis de Dijon as they were not only awarded a Gold Medal from the IWSC,
but also won the Liqueur Trophy at the International Spirits Challenge. A staple to many venues for decades, the two latest achievements adds even more prestigue to the family business of Gabriel Boudier.

from the ISC were also handed out to St Lucia Distillers, making Chairman’s Reserve one of the islands most awarded brands since its creation back in 1999. The Chairman’s Reserve Original, Chairman’s Reserve Forgotten Cask and the newly released 1931 Chairman’s Reserve all received the honour as the rum industry looks to refine itself to the market over the coming years.
