Gabriel Boudier Nori Seaweed Liqueur was created by bartender Matthew Cusworth, winner of the 2020 Gabriel Boudier Wizard Award. Created by individually infusing dried Nori and Dulse seaweed in neutral beet alcohol with infusions of grapefruit, lime juice, sugar and water.

    Liqueurs are an important part of the front bar scene for making cocktails and long drinks. Following discussions with bartenders throughout the world, Gabriel Boudier developed the Bartender Range of liqueurs to meet professional requirements.
