After nearly thirty years of anonymity, vermouth is very much back in style. Complex and subtle with its fresh and melding notes of Absinthe, gentian and spices with its incredibly complex evolution in the mouth. Abenteroux is elaborated from wormwood, as per the original recipe of genuine Absinthe.

A herbal, grassy wormwood note on the nose with hints of gentian, lemon balm, anise, orange, mint, oregano and a white pepper spice. A bitter-sweet palate with pronounced wormwood, grassy, sweet white grapes, gentian bitterness, oregano, sage and a zesty citrus evolving finish.
