English Julep

A Tennessee Straight Whiskey twist on the Julep cocktail, using 60ml Daddy Rack, 15ml Elderflower Cordial, 22.5ml fresh Lime Juice, 30ml Sparkling Wine and a handful of Mint Leaves. In a Julep cup, muddle the mint, lime and elderflower, add Daddy Rack and Sparkling Wine. Fill the cup with crushed ice and stir until frosted. Top with crushed ice and garnish with a Mint Sprig.
