Stockholms Bränneri Akvavit Sour

A Stockholms Bränneri twist of the classic Sour cocktail using their new Akvavit. 50ml Stockholms Bränneri Akvavit, 20ml fresh Lemon Juice, 20ml Rhubarb Syrup, 10ml Chickpea Brine or Egg White. Shake all the ingredients with ice, followed by straining into your favourite glass. Garnish with a small green leaf and toasted fennel seeds.
